Unlocking the Potential of Gifted Children
Save the date of Saturday, August 23, 2008, and come to Landstown High School for the opportunity to meet with other parents of gifted students along with professionals dedicated to the success of these students.
Dr. Sylvia Rimm will be our keynote speaker. She is a well-known writer and clinical psychologist whose books on student achievement are now classics. She has been a contributor to many television and radio shows and is also a frequent speaker, workshop facilitator, and keynote presenter at National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) conferences.
We plan to have breakout sessions on many topics important for the success of our gifted students, including:

Registration will be free. A website will be available this spring with information about registration and other pertinent matters. You will be notified once this website becomes available.
